RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Haven Maven offers personalized de-cluttering for homeowners facing organizational challenges. The first step in deciding whether or not to work with an organizer is to ask for an assessment. HavenMaven will go to your home and have a look at the clutter situation you want to rectify. After the session, you will receive an email within 48 hours diagnosing the main challenges and the approximate number of hours required to get the area re-organized and de-cluttered. You may also choose to ask the organizer to give you a more specific breakdown of what needs to happen in every room. The cost of the assessment session is $75.00 CND for 1 to 2 hours.

In any session conducted, HavenMaven will leave your home with any donations needing to be made. Often times this is the most daunting task of clearing out, so the organizer makes sure it gets done for you. HavenMaven always works with charity organizations in the area.
CORPORATE SERVICES
Training seminars
Designed for small groups of employees, this is 4-hour training session provides employees with the practical skills to reduce, eliminate and avoid clutter in their work space. The first part of the session is a two-hour seminar that involves an interactive and animated discussion on main causes for clutter and stress in the workspace. This includes an introduction to the range of strategies to help cope with them. This board-room activity is based on tried and true principles that employees can quickly grasp and introduce into their own workspace. The second part of the session is two hours of hands-on training. The employees are asked to go back to their workspace and de-clutter and apply the tricks and principles presented in part one. The organizer, during this part, will move from office to office giving strategies and advice specific to individual participants. To maximise the effectiveness of the seminar, and to ensure the organizer has the time to meet with each participant individually, the maximum number of participants for this seminar is 8 people. The cost for this training session is 600.00 and includes a one-hour follow-up meeting 30 days after the training.
Workshops
These are custom designed workshops which aim to help small groups of individuals (4-14) determine what types of clutter are causing them stress. During the workshop, the organizer will offer a range of solutions, strategies, and tricks to minimize this stress and create a workspace or home which in more serene and calm. The duration, cost and focus of these workshops will vary from group to group.
De-cluttering and organizational services
This is a service that involves the professional organizer going into the workplace and helping out with de-cluttering the workspace and the development of organizational strategies for information of all types. This means the organizer stays with members of staff and coaches them through the de-cluttering and sorting through documents. In some instances in can also involve setting up a filing system, creating retention periods for documents, establishing strategies for dealing with incoming documents or proper disposal of such. This service is billed hourly at a rate of $70.00 CND/hour.
